Key Responsibilities

You will manage the complex “Vertical Logistics” of high-rise development across four main pillars:

Execution & Supervision: Supervising high-rise structural cycles (formwork, reinforcement, casting) and overseeing the transition into architectural fit-out and MEP installation. You will ensure all work mirrors the Approved Shop Drawings exactly.
Planning & Scheduling: Assisting the Project Manager in breaking down the master schedule into actionable site activities. You will coordinate the flow of subcontractors and suppliers to prevent “bottlenecks” in the vertical supply chain.
Quality & Safety (HSE): Coordinating inspections with consultants and authorities (like Dubai Municipality/Civil Defense). You are responsible for material testing compliance and ensuring that high-altitude safety protocols are strictly followed by all manpower.
Technical Documentation: Managing the “Paper Trail” of the project, including RFIs (Requests for Information), technical submissions, and variation claims. You will prepare the daily and weekly progress reports that keep stakeholders informed.
