Job Overview
As a Program Effectiveness Analyst, you will monitor and analyze income assistance programs, develop and maintain information management systems, extract and visualize data using SQL, Power BI, and Python, and provide actionable insights to enhance program performance and service delivery.
Requirements

Undergraduate degree in IT, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related field

Experience with relational databases, SQL, data visualization, and BI tools

Advanced Excel, Python, and Power BI skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities

Understanding of social policy and program evaluation
