Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 5+ years in product, ideally within financial services, fintech, or enterprise software. Experience with digital experiences and retirement services is highly valued.

Deep understanding of participant, sponsor and advisor retirement experiences. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Ability to translate complex workflows into intuitive product solutions. Strong judgment and decision-making skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Effective power point presentation and interpersonal skills.

General business skills, financial management, and strategic planning abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, information systems, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Client relationship management skills, ability to establish credibility and build positive relationships. Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.

Strong time management, attention to detail, resourcefulness, leadership, negotiation skills, flexibility, and dependability. May require up to 5% travel.
