This is a high-level “Strategic Infrastructure” leadership role at WSP in the Middle East , a global consultancy powerhouse. As a Principal Consultant , you will act as the “Master Architect of Operations,” specifically spearheading the “Concept of Operations (ConOps)” for the monumental DWC Phase 2 (Al Maktoum International) project. This position is designed for a “Visionary Technical Leader” who can navigate the complexities of mega-hub master planning, multi-scenario simulation, and high-level stakeholder politics with “Technical Accuracy.” You will be a primary engine for winning new business and ensuring that the world’s future largest airport scales with efficiency, sustainability, and “Mechanical Accuracy.”

Key Responsibilities

You will manage the “Planning Architecture” for global aviation landmarks:

  • Strategic Orchestration: Leading the delivery of the ConOps for DWC Phase 2 , ensuring the operational DNA of the mega-hub is robust and future-proof.

  • Analytical Governance: Directing comprehensive assessments of traffic profiles, flight schedules, and Level of Service (LoS) across terminals, airside, and landside facilities.
