Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to queries within 30 minutes
• Daily follow ups for under processed shipments
• Updating Sales inquiry report on a daily basis
• Keeping the salesperson informed on pending inquiries
• Updating Spot rate sheet and monitoring FedEx Freight shipments
• Keeping Booking and CS teams informed of confirmed shipments
• Attending customer queries via call
• Maintaining customer relationship to ensure maximum efficiency
• Handling weight disputes in a timely manner by coordinating with customers and suppliers to get the best option for the company.
Skills:
• Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously check and verify shipment details and discrepancies.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing weight data, shipping records, and discrepancies to identify patterns or errors.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to resolve disputes effectively by finding practical solutions and negotiating fair outcomes.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain issues, negotiate with customers and suppliers, and document findings.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle disputes tactfully and maintain positive relationships with both customers and suppliers.
• Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating terms and resolving conflicts to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of shipping logistics, weight measurement, and related technologies to accurately assess and resolve disputes.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and track multiple disputes simultaneously while ensuring accurate records and timely resolutions.
