Job Overview:
As a Pharmacy Student at Costco, you will assist pharmacists with prescription preparation, patient service, medication reviews, and health promotion clinics. Your responsibilities include accurate prescription entry, safe handling of medications, and providing courteous support to members—all under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists with prescription order entry, packaging, and compounding

• Provide member service, answer phone inquiries, and direct members to products

• Support health promotion clinics and medication review initiatives

• Communicate with patients regarding OTC products under pharmacist supervision

• Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

• Assist in pharmacy organization, stocking, and cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in an approved pharmacy program

• Registered with the respective College as a pharmacy student

• Community pharmacy experience preferred

• Proficient with Kroll pharmacy software preferred

• Excellent communication and member service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
