Job Overview:
As a PSW in Long Term Care, you will assist residents with daily living activities, support their health and well-being, and provide compassionate, person-centered care during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility

  • Support daily routines, meals, and recreational activities

  • Monitor residents’ health and report changes to nursing staff

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Qualifications:

  • Certified Personal Support Worker (PSW)

  • Experience in long-term care preferred but not required

  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

  • Available for full-time shifts (5×8 hours per week, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
