Key Responsibilities: The “Customer Success” Cycle

You are responsible for bridging the gap between traditional banking and the modern digital experience.

  • Experience Creation: Greet and assist customers with a “Customer-First” mindset, resolving issues and providing proactive financial guidance.

  • Digital Advocacy: Act as a “Digital Coach,” training customers on how to use the TD Mobile App, EasyWeb, and ATMs to handle their everyday banking independently.

  • Product Promotion: Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate “Everyday Banking” products, such as savings accounts, credit cards, or overdraft protection.

  • Transactional Accuracy: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments with 100% precision while adhering to strict anti-money laundering (AML) and “Know Your Customer” (KYC) regulations.

  • Community Impact: Participate in branch initiatives that enrich the lives of local Québec City communities and colleagues.

  • Digital Onboarding: You will use tools to help customers set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and biometric logins to secure their digital identity.

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): You will use TD’s internal CRM to view a 360-degree profile of the customer, allowing you to make “Next Best Choice” recommendations tailored to their life stage.

  • Compliance & Risk: Understanding the “FinTRAC” reporting requirements. Every large transaction must be scrutinized to prevent financial fraud, a critical part of maintaining the bank’s integrity.
