Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant who will assist the team to manage overall project management including client and stakeholder relationship, implementation schedule, Preparing documents and carry out other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
• Handling all personal matters of the Managing Director.
• Proactively managing meeting & calendar events, appointments, travel arrangements, answering phone calls, banking issues, etc.
• Dealing with incoming/outgoing communication needs in a professional manner.
• Performing administrative work.
• Preparing documents (PowerPoint presentations, Excel, Word, etc)
• Handling any assignments from the MD.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of secretarial experience.
• Good interpersonal skills and a high level of initiative.
• Excellent computer skill (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
• Strong problem solving, coordination and management skills.
• Proactive, and honest with high integrity and confident.
