Personal Assistant / Lifestyle Manager to High-Level Executive

A high-performing international executive is seeking a professional, loyal, highly organised Personal Assistant to support her day-to-day life, home, children, travel, and lifestyle. This role goes far beyond typical administrative work — it requires maturity, initiative, exceptional organisation, and the ability to manage a household smoothly and confidently.

You will be a key support system, ensuring her life runs seamlessly so she can focus on high-level international leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transportation & Daily Support
• Pick up employer from home and drive to office reliably each morning.
• Run errands during work hours (shopping, market trips, essential purchases).
• Pick up employer from office and drive home.
• Late-night driving for social events when needed.
• Drop-off/pick-up at the airport for all business and personal travel.
• Maintain car cleanliness, safety, refuelling, and servicing schedules.

2. Household Management
• Ensure the home is fully stocked with all essentials.
• Coordinate with chef and house-help to keep the household organised.
• Supervise staff when employer is unavailable.
• Organise home maintenance (repairs, painters, plumbers, electricians).
• Oversee quality of household work and maintenance.

3. Family & Child Support
• Assist children with homework when employer works late.
• Ensure children follow bedtime routines when required.
• Maintain respect, authority, and calm communication with children.
• Act as the responsible adult in the home when employer travels.
• Ensure household routines run smoothly in her absence.

4. Errands, Shopping & Logistics
• Grocery shopping, market purchases, and household restocking.
• Picking up/dropping off items as needed.
• Taking pets to groomers or vet appointments.
• Buying event gifts and necessities.

5. Personal Care & Lifestyle Coordination
• Booking salon, spa, and medical appointments.
• Preparing essentials for travel.

6. Event Planning & Coordination
• Support with planning children’s birthdays, small gatherings, home events.
• Coordinating vendors, deliveries, and logistics.

7. Digital Organisation & Admin (Light)
• Maintaining household inventory lists.
• Tracking expenses and purchase receipts.
• Professional communication via WhatsApp, calls, and email.

8. Security & Discretion
• Strong awareness of surroundings when driving or out.
• Maintaining total confidentiality regarding employer’s home, family, and work.
• Loyalty and trustworthiness at all times.

Required Qualities

This role requires a HIGH level of professionalism and responsibility.

The ideal candidate is:
• A woman aged 25–40 (for comfort, children interaction, and lifestyle alignment).
• Very organised and proactive — does not wait for instructions.
• A confident driver with an excellent safety record.
• Well-presented, respectful, loyal, and calm under pressure.
• Trustworthy
• Emotionally mature and capable of handling sensitive information.
• Flexible with time — understands the demands of supporting a senior executive.
• Able to travel locally and occasionally stay overnight when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦200,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month
