Job Duties


  • Analyze performance data across paid search, social, and display channels to identify growth opportunities.

  • Execute daily optimizations of marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.

  • Build automated dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators for senior stakeholders.

  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to drive incremental lift.

  • Monitor marketing spend against budget allocations to ensure efficient resource utilization.

  • Collaborate with the data engineering team to maintain the accuracy of tracking pixels and attribution models.

  • Extract actionable insights from large datasets to inform the long-term customer acquisition strategy.

  • Research emerging digital advertising platforms and beta features to maintain a competitive advantage.

  • Audit campaign structures regularly to ensure compliance with best practices and brand standards.

  • Present weekly performance summaries that highlight trends, challenges, and strategic recommendations.


Requirements


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a quantitative field.

  • Demonstrate professional experience in a performance marketing or data analytics role.

  • Show advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables and complex formulas.

  • Exhibit a deep understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.

  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into persuasive narratives.

  • Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously within a fast-paced New York office.

  • Understand the fundamentals of marketing attribution, tracking parameters, and data privacy.

  • Communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical team members and executive leadership.

  • Display a high level of attention to detail regarding data entry and campaign settings.

  • Work effectively in a collaborative, data-driven environment on a full-time basis.
