Job Description

Are you a technical expert who knows that a “part” is only as good as the service behind it? Nors Group is seeking a Parts Service & Solutions Specialist to join our Calgary team. We don’t just fix machines; we keep the world’s infrastructure moving. If you have the “grit” to lead in a busy shop environment and the “wit” to solve the most difficult parts puzzles for our customers, you are the specialist we need.

In this role, you are a “Reliability Architect.” You understand that when a machine is down, every minute counts. Your goal is to be the calm, expert voice that provides the right solution the first time. We look for individuals who are “obsessively passionate” about quality—those who take as much pride in teaching an apprentice a new skill as they do in closing a major parts sale. This is a permanent career home for someone who wants to blend their mechanical knowledge with their business acumen.

Joining Nors Group means joining a global leader that treats its staff like a family. We offer a competitive salary, an RRSP plan to help you build your future, and a culture that prioritizes your safety and professional growth. We provide a workplace where your technical expertise is respected and your leadership potential is cultivated. If you are a self-motivated professional with a commitment to “Service Excellence,” we invite you to apply and help us power the future of heavy equipment in Alberta.
