Core Responsibilities

Technical Consultation: Utilize your deep technical background to identify correct parts for heavy machinery, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Solution Engineering: Handle complex customer complaints by providing creative, cost-effective mechanical and service solutions.
Apprentice Mentorship: Act as a technical mentor for apprentice technicians, guiding them on parts identification, safety protocols, and “best-practice” service standards.
Sales & Marketing: Apply your certification to identify upselling opportunities for preventative maintenance kits and service contracts.
Inventory Management: Oversee parts orders and tracking, ensuring that the right components are in the right place at the right time.

Candidate Requirements

Education: A recognized Sales or Marketing certification is required to bridge the gap between technical service and business growth.
