Your Responsibilities

Hone Your Craft: Participate in in-depth barista training to achieve Joe Coffee certification.

Guest Connection: Provide warm, efficient service to our community members.

Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized bar and assist with daily café operations.

Adaptability: Work a flexible schedule, including mandatory weekend availability.
Qualifications

Experience: Prior coffee shop or guest service experience is desirable, but a passion for learning is essential.

Reliability: Punctuality and a commitment to your team are non-negotiable.

Pace: Ability to maintain speed and quality during the “New York rush.”

Vision: A desire to grow within a company that operates its own Roastery and 25+ iconic cafés.
