Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Welcome players and visitors with a warm, positive attitude and serve them across reception, the bar area, or pitch-side.

  • Operational Support: Assist in the smooth running of leagues, pitch bookings, match nights, and social events.

  • Venue Standards: Ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and well-organized for all users.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to provide exceptional service and maintain the high-energy, community-focused spirit of the venue.

Requirements
