Powerleague, the UK’s leading provider of 5-a-side football, is looking for an energetic and reliable Part-Time Team Member to join our Luton venue. If you are a “people person” who thrives in an active environment and has a passion for community sports, this is your chance to turn that energy into an unbeatable experience for our players. You’ll be the face of our club, helping to run everything from match nights to kids’ parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for players and visitors, providing a warm, positive welcome at reception, the bar, or pitch-side.

• Operational Support: Help organize match nights, social events, and club activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Venue Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized environment for our members and guests.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the squad to deliver exceptional service and uphold the community-driven spirit of Powerleague.

Requirements

• Personality: You are enthusiastic, proactive, and genuinely enjoy working with people.

• Physicality: You are comfortable being on your feet and working in an active, fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility: You have the ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• Experience: While previous experience in hospitality, leisure, or sports is a bonus, it is not essential. What matters most is your energy and your desire to make a difference.

• Attitude: You have a contagious passion for sport and community.
