Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required – training provided.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.

• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a warm, busy environment.

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

About the Role

In this dual-impact role, you will ensure both the “heart of the house” and the guest areas remain spotless and efficient. You’ll spend your shifts assisting the culinary team with essential ingredient prep—like chopping and portioning—while simultaneously managing the floor by clearing and resetting tables to keep the speakeasy welcoming. Whether you are maintaining sanitized equipment, restocking service stations, or jumping in to support bartenders and servers, your efforts will be central to maintaining the flow of our busy evening service.
