We are seeking a versatile and highly capable Nanny Manager to become the “right hand” for our Lincoln Park household. This role is designed for a professional who enjoys a hybrid of active childcare and efficient household management, ensuring our home runs smoothly while our two school-aged children are supported and engaged. We value a collaborative spirit and a proactive mindset to help us manage the busy logistics of our daily lives.

Core Requirements and Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM–6:30 PM

• Pay: $30/hour | 30–40 guaranteed hours

• Benefits: PTO + monthly health care stipend

• Additional Hours: Occasional evenings and weekends may be offered

• Experienced nanny or nanny manager with school-aged children

• Energetic, fun-loving, and able to easily connect with children ages 9 and 12

• Highly organized and proactive with strong time-management skills

• Confident supporting homework, schedules, and after-school routines

• Safe, experienced driver comfortable with city driving

• Dependable, punctual, and a strong communicator

• Comfortable around dogs and enjoys being in a pet-friendly home

• Responsibilities: School pick-ups and transportation to after-school activities using the family vehicle
