Job Overview
As a VIP Kitchen Assistant, you will support the Back-of-House Manager in preparing and plating food for both lounge and in-seat service. You’ll ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation while contributing to a positive team culture and helping deliver a sophisticated VIP dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and menu items, setting up and stocking stations

• Execute food orders accurately and promptly while maintaining presentation standards

• Maintain cleanliness, stock inventory, and comply with all safety and sanitation protocols

• Support the kitchen team with a positive, professional attitude

• Assist in maintaining a safe work environment and follow health and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Proven kitchen or food preparation experience

• Strong understanding of food handling, plating, and kitchen organization

• Math and computer literacy

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering high-quality service
