Job Overview:
As a Direct Support Professional, you assist individuals with activities of daily living, provide personal support, and facilitate meaningful community engagement. You will work collaboratively with families and community partners to enhance relationships, promote independence, and support the unique gifts and growth of those you serve.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily living activities and community involvement for individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Collaborate with families, advocates, and community partners to foster inclusion and full citizenship.

• Encourage independence, self-determination, and personal growth.

• Promote positive relationships and a respectful, inclusive environment.

• Adhere to organizational policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check.

• Valid Saskatchewan Full Class 5 or Novice 2 Driver’s License with access to reliable transportation.

• Satisfactory Driver’s Abstract.

• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3–6 months of relevant experience (volunteer or employment).

• Post-secondary education in Developmental Services, Child and Youth Work, or related field.
