REPORTS TO: SALES SUPPORT LEAD

As a component of the service group at Spence, you represent our ethos and principles by delivering a remarkable guest interaction. You possess an enthusiasm for our merchandise and are at ease helping with the display of high-value items and portraying goods with certainty.

You function as the foundation of our location. You encourage precision within the facility through superior procedural management involving data administration, fiscal duties, and assignment oversight. You act as the professional primary and concluding touchpoint for our guests via telephone, digital correspondence, and face-to-face interactions. On a daily basis, you manage all settlements and fiscal records, address incoming inquiries, oversee stock audits, handle logistics, contribute to facility upkeep and hygiene, maintain the display area, and assist the Sales Experts and Leadership. Crucially, you guarantee that our guests remain the primary focus and receive the comprehensive Spence journey.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Welcome every guest cordially and deliver remarkable guest care

• Provide transaction assistance to our revenue groups during high-traffic intervals and guide guests through our display area journey. Capacity to establish connection with guests and pinpoint guest requirements via our Spence transaction framework.

• Examine and manage incoming jewelry restoration requests.

• Connect with guests via telephone or digital mail regarding their restoration status.

• Perform standard inspections and deliver finished requests to guests during collection, verifying that guests enjoy a superior interaction.

• Address all telephone and digital mail inquiries

• Currency management and concluding daily records

• Help in managing the display area aesthetics, product arrangement, and facility organization.
