Your Role as a CareBenefits Provider
We take the stress out of job hunting by bringing the work directly to you based on your availability and location.

In-Home Care: Provide 8-hour blocks of care in the family’s home, following their specific rules and routines.

Engagement: Create a stimulating environment through play, activities, and educational engagement.

Intro Calls: Connect with families via phone before your shift to build rapport and understand their needs.

Light Household Help: Maintain the home environment by cleaning up after meals and activities related to the children.

Safety First: Maintain Adult, Infant, and Pediatric CPR/First Aid standards (we reimburse you for this!).

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Experience: Previous related childcare experience (nannying, teaching, etc.).

Mobility: Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation to travel up to 15 miles.

Tech Savvy: Ability to use app-based products to manage your schedule and communication.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, bend frequently, and lift up to 50 lbs. You must also be comfortable with exposure to mildly sick children (common in backup care).
The Backup Care Cycle
To ensure a “Match Made in Heaven,” CareBenefits follows a structured process for every placement.

Placement: Our team matches you with a family based on your pre-set availability.

The Intro Call: You speak with the parents to discuss the child’s personality, allergies, and daily schedule.

Active Care: You arrive at the home, follow the parent’s “House Rules,” and lead engaging activities.

Reporting: You provide a summary of the day to the parents and log your hours in the Care.com app.
