Job Overview:
The caregiver will provide attentive, nurturing care for a 6-year-old child, including school transportation, activity supervision, and occasional overnight care. Experience with children with special needs is a plus. Flexibility and patience are key to supporting the family’s overlapping schedules and daily routines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the child to and from private school safely.

• Provide nurturing and attentive care, including meals, activities, and play.

• Support a child with autism and developmental delays in daily routines.

• Facilitate favorite activities such as swimming and skiing.

• Assist with occasional overnight care as needed.

• Maintain open communication with parents regarding child’s progress and needs.

• Adapt schedule to accommodate overlapping parental work hours.

Requirements:

• Previous childcare experience, preferably with special needs children.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Patience, flexibility, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle overnight caregiving when required.

• Experience in child development and engagement preferred.
