  • Compensation: $29.59 – $31.32 per hour.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (37.5 hours/week).

Core Responsibilities

  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve immediate parking issues in person, via email, or by phone, acting as the “Calm Voice” in a high-traffic healthcare environment.

  • Privilege Management: Monitor and maintain parking access for staff and residents, ensuring all permissions align strictly with organizational policy.

  • Administrative Support: Handle specialized clerical tasks, including maintaining accurate records for payroll-deducted parking fees.

  • Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports for management to track occupancy, revenue, and compliance.

  • Data Integrity: Perform high-speed data entry to update vehicle registries and permit databases.

  • Operational Agility: Support the broader Parking Department with varying administrative duties based on shifting operational needs.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.

  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent clerical experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking customer service environment.

  • Technical Wit: * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

    • Data entry speed of at least 4,000 keystrokes/hour.

  • Communication: Advanced written and verbal English skills; ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide “Integrity-first” solutions.

  • Reliability: Proven ability to work on-site for the full duration of the summer contract.
