The Organization & Culture Reimagined Parking is the largest tech-powered parking network in North America, formed by the union of industry giants like Republic Parking, Impark, Lanier, and AmeriPark. In 2026, the company is undergoing a strategic “revitalization” under new leadership, shifting away from experimental multipurpose hubs (like ghost kitchens) to refocus on core parking excellence, electrification (EV charging), and digitization. The culture is defined by a “tip of the spear” innovation mindset, aiming to make the parking journey frictionless through license plate recognition (LPR) and mobile payments. Internally, the vibe is high-stakes and performance-driven; while the company emphasizes “internal growth opportunities,” 2026 employee feedback highlights a demanding environment where adaptability and “navigating change” are the keys to success.
