About the Role As a Papa Pal, you aren’t just a caregiver; you’re a supportive neighbor. This non-medical role focuses on companionship and everyday assistance. You’ll use the Papa Pal app to browse and pick visits that fit your schedule, typically lasting 2–4 hours. Whether you’re helping with light housework, running errands, or simply providing a friendly ear, your goal is to brighten a member’s day while helping them maintain their independence.

Caregiver Requirements:

• Age: 21 or older.

• Communication: Ability to communicate in English.

• Documentation: Valid U.S. issued driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.

• Clearance: Must pass a background check and a motor vehicle report.

• Vehicle: Access to a vehicle (model year 2010 or newer) with proof of insurance in your name.

• Tech: Access to a smartphone to use the Papa Pal app.

Pay & Flexibility
