Job Responsibilities

The Painter Technician serves as the guardian of the hotel’s visual standards:

Surface Perfection: Executing high-quality painting, staining, and finishing on walls, ceilings, and wood surfaces in guest rooms, suites, and VIP areas.
Work Order Management: Reviewing daily maintenance requests and completing tasks promptly to ensure minimal disruption to the guest experience.
Specialized Finishes: Applying decorative finishes, wallpaper repairs, and specialized coatings required to maintain unique luxury interiors.
Preventive Maintenance: Conducting regular “walk-through” inspections to identify and fix scuffs, chips, or peeling before they are noticed by guests.
Operational Reporting: Maintaining detailed logs of materials used, tasks completed, and time spent on various projects for the Engineering Department.
Safe Operations: Adhering to strict safety protocols, including the correct handling of paints and solvents and the safe use of ladders and scaffolding in public areas.
