• Utilizing open-ended inquiries regarding client tasks to establish their requirements and technical proficiency
• Marketing available amenities like Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services and understanding when to suggest them
Promotes Revenue Growth
• Reviewing various product tiers (good, better, best) and recommending associated tools or services from other areas that may benefit the shopper
• Instructing patrons on the comprehensive needs of their entire undertaking
• Applying the empowerment initiative as required to ensure patron fulfillment
• Performing everyday inventory upkeep: verifying all items are labeled, showcased, and tidy
