Job Responsibilities

The Operations Lead ensures the Infinity Lounge functions as a world-class social destination:

  • Operational Management: Overseeing the daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the outlet is “stage-ready” for high-profile guests.

  • Guest Relations: Acting as the primary point of contact for lounge guests, handling VIP arrivals, and resolving any service issues with 5-star poise.

  • Team Supervision: Leading and mentoring the service staff, ensuring adherence to grooming standards, service protocols, and Accor’s “Heartist” culture.

  • Service Coordination: Managing table rotations and order flow to ensure timely service and a relaxed, premium atmosphere.

  • Quality Control: Monitoring food and beverage presentations to ensure they meet the specific aesthetic and quality standards of the Infinity Lounge.

  • Reporting: Assisting the Outlet Manager with inventory checks, daily revenue reporting, and staff scheduling.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in F&B service, preferably within a luxury lounge or fine-dining setting.
