Job Overview
The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and organizing customer orders for distribution. This role includes loading outbound trucks, receiving returned inventory, performing inventory counts, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and day or evening shifts is required.

Requirements

• Pick and prepare customer orders efficiently

• Assemble orders into totes with proper identification

• Load outbound trucks securely and accurately

• Receive returned inventory and restock by best-before dates

• Perform inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness

• Report and correct unsafe or unsanitary conditions

• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred

• Class “G” Driver’s License

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hi-lifts)

• Physical ability to lift 40–50 lbs frequently, 60 lbs occasionally

• Knowledge of warehouse layout, inbound/outbound processes, and safety procedures

• Basic math skills and effective communication with supervisors
