Job Overview
The Operator will safely and efficiently operate processing and milling equipment, oversee production activities, maintain sanitation standards, ensure product quality, and follow food safety protocols while supporting a collaborative team environment and meeting production goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred

• 5+ years of processing, milling, or packaging experience (grain milling preferred)

• 2+ years lift truck experience/certification

• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety standards

• Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle

• Ability to lift 22kg (50lbs) and work in ambient temperatures

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Aptitude with numbers and reporting

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and shifts as required
