Job Overview: Operations Manager (Luxury Jewelry)

ILA SODHANI is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead the daily execution of their growing luxury jewelry brand in Houston. This is a high-impact, founder-led role that requires a blend of logistical precision, client-facing professionalism, and entrepreneurial drive.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Oversight

Production & Inventory Management

  • Workflow Coordination: Manage the end-to-end jewelry production timelines to ensure orders move seamlessly from design to completion.

  • Logistics: Oversee all shipping and receiving, ensuring high-value items are handled with the care and security required in the luxury sector.

  • Inventory Control: Maintain precise inventory coordination to support both bespoke orders and ready-to-wear collections.

Brand & Client Support

  • Client Relations: Support client communication and scheduling, providing the polished, “high-touch” service expected in luxury retail.

  • Digital Accuracy: Maintain the brand’s digital presence by updating website product listings, ensuring pricing integrity, and monitoring e-commerce accuracy.

Systems Building

  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and build new systems that increase accountability and operational efficiency.
