Job Overview
The Operations Manager, GIS & Surveys leads operational planning, resource allocation, and quality delivery of services. Responsibilities include guiding direct reports, collaborating on product strategies, ensuring contractual compliance, and fostering a customer-centric approach across GIS and Surveys operations.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education plus 4–6 years leadership experience, or equivalent

• Degree/diploma in Surveying, Engineering, or GIS preferred

• Saskatchewan Land Surveyor (SLS) designation is an asset

• Continuous improvement training (Lean Six Sigma/Change Management) considered an asset

• Leadership skills with strong judgment, discretion, and integrity

• Ability to lead change initiatives and process improvement

• Proven experience in operational and business unit leadership

• Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
