SUMMARY

The Operations Associate serves as a vital component of the retail unit, tasked with enhancing financial returns and organizational productivity. This individual collaborates intimately with the Operations and Visual Management leadership to launch and finish assignments, while offering observations to the staff to reach peak performance levels that bolster comprehensive store activities.

Primary Task Accountabilities

• Carry out stock oversight protocols proficiently with an emphasis on ensuring total inventory precision and minimizing stock loss

• Analyze and determine the source of stock discrepancies, working with Leadership to report systemic or procedural failings

• Assist in the performance of essential logistical tasks such as freight intake, processing shipments, returning transfers, restoring the sales area, mid-day stock refilling, layout refreshes, and resource procurement

• Uphold and advocate for rigorous aesthetic presentation guidelines across the shopping area

• Engage directly with data analysis, financial planning, costs, stock regulation, materials, third-party ties, hardware, and physical plant maintenance to ensure peak utility

• Promote a secure workplace and productive workflow through disciplined back-of-house organization and protocols

• Transition fluidly across the retail space to evaluate and meet the requirements of the enterprise, coworkers, and visitors

• Implement corporate-level logistical mandates, assignments, and programs in coordination with the Visual and Operations leadership.

• Help with freight handling and managing the movement of goods; encompassing aesthetic product positioning and daily restocking standards

• Exhibit sharp commercial insight by utilizing performance data to back revenue-generating plans

• Address visitor requirements rapidly and successfully to guarantee client contentment

• Recognize merchandise issues and report stock necessities to assist in meeting commercial targets

• Roles necessitate continuous physical activity throughout the premises, including the front floor and stockrooms. When not directly helping visitors, this role requires taking the lead on other chores to ensure the shop remains sanitary, secure, welcoming, and functional.

Operations Associate Requirements

• Over 12 months of previous professional background in a service-oriented, retail, and logistical setting

• Necessitates non-stop physical activity across all zones of the retail location

• Capacity to hoist, shove, transport, or move loads reaching 50 lbs

• Capacity to elevate, crouch, bow, ascend, tunnel, and rotate, as well as navigate ladders securely

• Capacity to remain upright and active for the duration of a work block

Operations Associate Timing

Partial-hour hourly staff are anticipated to contribute up to 30 hours weekly, dictated by commercial demand, with at least 4 hours per block. Full-hour hourly staff must maintain total availability across the full week, spanning 32 to 40 hours. Every staff member is required to be available during the organization’s restricted leave window, starting from late November through the initial week of January.
