Key Responsibilities
The Operation Manager is the engine of FedEx’s regional reliability and efficiency:

Operational Leadership: Manage assigned resources and departments (Ramp, Hub, Gateway, and Dispatch) to ensure prompt and consistent completion of all operational procedures.

Yield & Productivity Optimization: Drive continuous improvement through process redesign and change management, focusing on increasing efficiency and reducing operational friction.
