Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Advocacy: Deliver a high-standard service culture by greeting, engaging, and thanking guests, ensuring their shopping experience is quick, easy, and inclusive.

  • Point of Sale & Loyalty: Accurately handle cash transactions, scan and bag items (following food safety standards), and educate guests on the benefits of the Target Circle loyalty program and the Target App.
