Key Responsibilities & Creative Execution

On-Air & Content Production

  • Show Hosting: Perform and execute a content-driven show, delivering personality-focused segments that resonate with the station’s target audience.

  • Digital Integration: Develop and post unique, engaging content to the station’s website and social media platforms to drive “off-air” engagement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Manager and programming team to brainstorm unique show topics, promotional campaigns, and future programming ideas.

  • Editing: Assemble high-quality audio and video content using digital editing platforms to support the show’s multi-channel presence.

Brand Advocacy & Appearances

  • Public Relations: Make scheduled appearances at community events, remote broadcasts, and sponsor locations to promote the station and its partners.

  • Professional Development: Participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings and weekly coaching sessions to refine your “on-air” craft.

Requirements & Qualifications

Professional Experience

  • Radio Background: One year of previous radio experience in station-relevant formats is preferred.
