Your Role

Support continuous improvement and business optimization initiatives across the organization

Assist in the development and enhancement of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power BI dashboards, Power Apps, SharePoint Lists, and Power Automate workflows

Help collect, analyze, and organize data to support process improvement and decision-making

Assist with preparation, documentation, and follow-up for Lean workshops, strategy sessions, and cross-functional meetings

Contribute to visual management tools, process documentation, and improvement tracking efforts

Collaborate with OCIO team members and business partners to support active optimization projects
About You

Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

Strong interest in continuous improvement, business optimization, and process improvement

Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, or Power Automate) is a plus

Ability to analyze information, communicate clearly, and work effectively with diverse teams
