Key Responsibilities: The “Inflow & Stocking” Cycle

You are responsible for the high-velocity movement of freight from the receiving dock to the salesfloor.

Merchandise Inflow: Unload trailers and stage products efficiently to minimize “aisle downtime.”
Precision Stocking: Down-stock items from overhead “reserve” locations to picking levels, ensuring products are “front-faced” and easy for customers to reach.
Power Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy machinery, including reach trucks and forklifts, to move pallets of lumber, flooring, and appliances.
Bay Integrity: Organize merchandise by SKU and category, maintaining a “Grand Opening” look every single morning.
Safety Stewardship: Maintain a “Clear Aisle” policy and ensure all hazardous materials are stored according to strict safety protocols.
