Responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming sales inquiries.

  • Overseeing prospects and tracking quote submissions with urgency.

  • Delivering expert guidance and stellar consumer support.

  • Auditing essential underwriting records to confirm the integrity of price estimates.

  • Drafting enrollment and application paperwork.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory RIBO certification.

  • Minimum of one year of background in insurance revenue generation.

  • Minimum of one year of experience within a call center environment.

  • Must demonstrate high levels of vigor, initiative, and a persistent drive.

  • Superior equilibrium between meeting sales quotas and delivering a premium consumer journey.

  • Must exhibit meticulousness, top-tier organizational habits, and expert time-management talents.

  • Skilled in Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Mastery of Broker Management Platforms (such as Keal, SIG, or CompuQuote).

  • Capacity to work Saturday shifts and weekday evening hours.
