Job Responsibilities

The nanny will act as the primary support system for the children’s daily academic and personal growth:

• Daily Care & Supervision: Providing 24/7-adjacent support (live-in) to ensure the twins are safe, nourished, and well-supervised.

• School Management: Organizing uniforms and school bags, assisting with primary-level homework and projects, and navigating digital school portals to monitor assignments.

• Meal Preparation: Cooking healthy, balanced meals and snacks specifically for the children.

• Activity Planning: Designing creative and educational activities, as well as coordinating playdates and extracurricular transport.

• Hygiene & Tidying: Managing the children’s personal care and performing light housekeeping exclusively related to the children (laundry, room organization, and play areas).

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional childcare experience, ideally with twins or school-aged children (6–10 years).

• Language & Tech: Proficiency in English (reading/writing) and Tagalog (required). Must be comfortable using laptops/tablets for school-related forms and emails.

• Skills: Ability to support primary school studies and a willingness to handle child-related housekeeping.

• Personal Traits: Patient, high-energy, and a trustworthy “child-friendly” personality.

• Certification: A valid First Aid certification is considered a strong advantage.

Salary and Benefits
