Job Responsibilities

Entertainment Strategy: Developing and executing a comprehensive music and entertainment calendar that ranges from sunset DJ sets to large-scale international events.
Talent Curation: Scouting, booking, and managing relationships with international DJs, live performers, and residents, ensuring the talent matches the specific “DNA” of each venue.
Vibe Management: Overseeing the technical and atmospheric elements of entertainment—lighting, sound engineering, and stage presence—to ensure a seamless 360-degree guest experience.
Music Identity: Curating bespoke playlists and soundscapes for all hotel areas, ensuring the transition from daytime luxury to high-energy nightlife is flawlessly executed.
Innovation: Staying ahead of global music trends to introduce “first-of-its-kind” entertainment concepts that maintain FIVE’s position as a market leader.

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a high-end nightlife, festival, or luxury hospitality entertainment role.

Network: A robust network within the global music industry, including agents, promoters, and technical vendors.
