Core Responsibilities

Rotating Equipment Repair: Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble high-energy pumps and rotating equipment to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) specifications.
Precision Alignment: Perform laser alignments and balance checks to ensure equipment operates with minimal vibration and maximum longevity.
Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance programs to identify potential failures before they result in costly operational downtime.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose root causes of mechanical failures, using “mechanical wit” to recommend modifications or upgrades for improved performance.
Field & Shop Support: Provide expert technical support to customers, often acting as a brand ambassador for Celeros during on-site modifications.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous service records, documenting clearances, tolerances, and parts replaced to ensure full compliance with quality standards.
