Coca-Cola Canada Bottling is hiring enthusiastic Part-Time Merchandisers in Ottawa to join our East, West, and Central area teams. In this role, you will act as a refreshment ambassador, ensuring Coca-Cola products are attractively displayed and fully stocked in stores. This position offers flexible scheduling, hands-on merchandising experience, and the opportunity to showcase creativity and attention to detail.

Salary: $20/hr + mileage compensation

Key Responsibilities:
• Stock and maintain products on shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by transporting items from storage to sales floor using manual equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck).
• Build, modify, or remove product displays while following company standards; maintain product signage and clean product areas.
• Lift, carry, and position products up to 50 lbs (22 kgs) above shoulder height.
• Frequently kneel, squat, and reach overhead.
• Organize backroom stock, monitor inventory, process damaged product, and repack items; maintain materials like pallets and shells; complete required paperwork.
• Follow Coca-Cola and store policies for backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment, and safety.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain professional interactions with coworkers and store staff.
• Push and pull manual and powered equipment loaded with products for distances of up to 100 yards.
• Perform repetitive hand-eye coordination tasks with objects of varying sizes and weights.
• Stand and walk for long periods during shifts.

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 17 years old.
• Minimum of one year of experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or related fields preferred.
• Experience using manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and personal vehicle for work purposes.
• Vehicle liability insurance required.
