Kiajer Youth Empowerment Initiative (KYEI) is a growing, impact-driven nonprofit dedicated to:

Who We’re Looking For

We seek credible, passionate, and strategic professionals with proven experience in:
• Leadership & governance
• Fundraising & finance
• Advocacy & development work
• Entrepreneurship & public service

Ideal candidates will:
• Demonstrate strong ethical values and integrity
• Bring strategic insight and governance expertise
• Support fundraising, partnerships, and institutional growth
• Commit to quarterly meetings and key organizational activities
• Be passionate about youth and community development in Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

As a Board of Trustees Member, you will:
• Provide strategic oversight and governance
• Support fundraising and sustainability initiatives
• Strengthen partnerships with government, private sector & civil society
• Ensure organizational accountability, transparency, and growth
• Guide and mentor the management team
• Represent KYEI at official functions (where needed)
