  • Collaboration: Partner with a supportive leadership team and faculty to cultivate an environment of continuous professional development and educational innovation.

  • Assessment: Monitor student progress through standard assessment frameworks, ensuring all learners are supported to reach their full academic potential.

To provide absolute clarity: Wayman Learning Trust” is a branding name used by Wayman Education, which is a specialist education recruitment agency, not a multi-academy educational trust or a school itself.

While some online platforms may categorize them as an “educational organization,” they are fundamentally a recruitment intermediary. When you see vacancies posted under this name in Luton, you are engaging with a private agency that screens candidates and matches them with client schools.

Important Considerations for Your Search

  • The Hiring Process: As a recruitment agency, they handle the initial application, screening, and salary negotiations. You are not an employee of “Wayman Learning Trust,” but rather of the school they place you in.
