Job Overview
The Maximo Data Analyst/Excel Specialist will manage Maximo CMMS data, provide technical support and training, prepare reports and metrics, maintain preventative maintenance modules, and collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate and effective maintenance management.
Requirements

2–5 years experience with CMMS support and training

University degree or equivalent experience in field operations or IT/engineering

Proficiency in Maximo, SQL databases, and Microsoft Excel/Word

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications

Experience preparing maintenance management reports and metrics

Knowledge of maintenance compliance audits and work management clean-up

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Flexibility to adapt to office and field work (approx. 10% travel)
