Job Overview
This hybrid role blends office and regional fieldwork to manage, audit, and optimize Maximo CMMS data. You will provide technical support, prepare vital maintenance reports, and collaborate across teams to enhance maintenance efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities

Perform data entry, quality control, and data uploads into Maximo

Provide Maximo technical support, user training, and custom reporting

Maintain preventive maintenance modules and asset records

Collaborate with engineers and planners on project integration and functional tags

Conduct maintenance and compliance audits to ensure data accuracy

Assist with data clean-up, job plan migrations, and work management tasks

Address technical inquiries, liaising with teams to resolve issues efficiently
Qualifications

2–5 years experience supporting/training on CMMS

University degree or equivalent experience in field operations

Proficiency in reporting, Maximo, SQL databases, Excel, and Word

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Flexible to manage varying priorities, training, and field schedules
Working Conditions

Office-based: 90%, Fieldwork within region: 10%
