Job Overview
As a Math and Science Tutor, you will work directly with students to improve understanding and performance in math and science subjects. You will teach small groups or one-on-one, using Scholars’ methodology, and make learning engaging, effective, and enjoyable. This part-time role requires Calgary-based candidates with flexible afternoon/evening availability.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge in Math for all high school levels; Calculus (Math 31) is an advantage

• Proficient in at least one science subject: Chemistry, Biology, or Physics

• Certified Teacher preferred

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience an asset

• Passion for helping students reach their potential

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Ability to teach groups of up to 3 students

Other Details

• Part-time, 3–20 hours per week

• Work hours: Monday–Friday 3:00–8:00 pm, Sunday 10:00 am–4:00 pm

• Casual dress code and on-site parking

• Must be located in Calgary
