Job Duties

Direct a significant annual marketing budget with a focus on high-impact media buys and experiential activations.

Analyze fan data and viewership trends to identify emerging opportunities for brand positioning within the sports ecosystem.

Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to enhance the digital fan experience through branded features.

Present comprehensive seasonal marketing roadmaps and performance attribution models to the executive leadership team.

Mentor a specialized team of marketing managers to foster a culture of high performance and industry expertise.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.

Demonstrate extensive experience in a senior marketing leadership role specifically within the sports or entertainment industry.

Show a proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns for major sports brands or leagues.

Possess deep expertise in the US sports landscape, including professional leagues, collegiate athletics, and emerging trends.
