Job Overview
As Grocery Manager, you will lead department operations, inspire team performance, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will manage budgets, inventory, merchandising, and labour planning while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence. This role blends leadership, financial accountability, and customer-focused execution to maximize sales, engagement, and store success.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 months retail experience, grocery preferred

• Strong financial and budget management skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications
